If you have issues with an offer not crediting or other offerwall-related problems, contact the offerwall provider directly using the methods below. This is the fastest way to resolve any issues.
You can contact AdGate Media by first clicking the three lines at the top left
Then, select the offer you would like to contact AdGateMedia support about by pressing the 'Contact' Button
To contact the Lootably support team, you will need to head to the 'Support' tab on the top right of the offerwall, next up copy your Lootably ID from there and send your inquiry to [email protected] (make sure to include your Lootably ID in the email as well).
Then, select the offer you would like to contact AdGateMedia support about by pressing the 'Contact' Button
To contact Torox regarding an issue with an Offer hosted on their Offerwall, go to this link and scroll down to the contact form and fill in your issue there
Click on the 3 lines at the top left of the page and select the 'Reward Status' option.
Next, find the specific Offer offer you are having issues with, and click to open the Offer. Scroll down further on that page to select the 'Submit support ticket' option:
Click on the 3 lines at the top left of the page and select Statistics
Scroll down to the survey you want to contact them about, and press HELP?
Scroll down to the bottom, and let them know about your issue about your survey
Click on the 3 lines at the top left of the page, and select reward history.
Then, select the offer, note down the details, and press report a problem.
Open Timewall's website, and then press the 'support' button. This way, you can open up a conversation. Make sure to send all the issues you are facing, such as missing points.
Note down all the issues you are facing, and then email, [email protected] either with your user id, your issue and mention that you are facing this issue on RBXRise, or by using the contact menu at the bottom of the offer
Open the Revlum offerwall, and select the offer you're having issues with. Then, scroll down until you see a button that says 'Report a problem' which will allow you to contact Revlum's support
Click on the 3 lines at the top right of the page and select the 'Contact' option.
Fill in all the details that you're facing an issue with on the Contact Us form.
