I completed an offer but didn't receive my points

Offer crediting can take up to 72 hours after completion.

When you complete an offer or survey, the offerwall will notify us about it and we will then credit your account with the points. This process can take time to complete. Contacting us or the offerwall support will not speed up the process.

After 72 hours, if you still haven't received your points, you can contact them. Make sure to provide proof of completion.

Once you've reached out to the offerwall support, they will investigate the issue and credit your account with the points. In some cases they may take a few weeks to respond.
