After completing an offer or survey, the points could be held for a period of time. This is a fraud prevention measure, it has nothing to do with the user or the offerwall, it's not a punishment or accusation. The offers are held because of their high chargeback rate.
If you want to view your pending offers, you can do so by going to your account page and clicking on the history tab. pending offers will be displayed there.
If you want to speed up the process, you can contact us with proof of clompletion and we will review and decide if we can instantly credit the points. Please note that the pending offers could take up to 60 days to be credited.
Offers may be placed in pending status for verification purposes
