If your giftcard code is invalid, was already used, or other issues appear, your giftcard might not be working properly.
You will have to contact the RBXRise team with valid evidence, including the error message.
RBXRise will reach out to the giftcard provider to investigate.
If the issue cannot be resolved, your points will be refunded.
