Check your Transactions

Roblox holds back all robux purchases for about 7 days.

You can verify pending robux on your Roblox transactions page. Additionally, review your transaction status in the transactions tab on RBXRise. The robux will only appear in your account after RBXRise completes processing your transaction.

If your robux don't appear in your account or transactions, contact the support team. They will investigate the matter promptly.

If we are able to verify that this was an issue on our end, you will get refunded.
